Rev. Lyn - Your Florida Wedding Officiant and Minister - All Beliefs, Faiths & Traditions. Inclusive. Easy. Memorable.
As an ordained minister, I am fully qualified and experienced to serve as your funeral and memorial specialist, it is my great honor to create and perform ceremonies that help you celebrate ALL of the significant events in your life.
I truly believe that every life event is an opportunity for stories to be told and for relationships and memories to be made between families and friends. Whether it's celebrating a new love or saying goodbye to the one you've loved and lost, whether it's in the company of your family and friends or alone and silent, it is my heart's joy and honor to tell your story using your words and intentions.
Too often, I think that moments pass us by and go unnoticed and unremarked. Too often ceremonies and funerals are predictable and filled with uncomfortable rituals we must somehow endure. And I want to make every life moment - good or bad, happy or sad - a celebration! Contact me today!
My ceremonies are never cookie cutter or mass produced; each one is unique, one-of-a-kind and customized for you. And only presented with your complete approval. My goal is to ensure that only YOUR values, beliefs and traditions are reflected in your ceremony and that the words spoken are authentic, deeply meaningful and personal. I also work hard to ensure they are presented with complete professionalism, great style and total sincerity.
At the times in our lives when we are experiencing great pain and loss, ceremonies are vitally important in helping us acknowledge, honor and process our grief.
I am a skilled and compassionate heart ceremonialist who strives to give love and honor to each of your life events-even the most difficult to accept-without imposing any bias of any kind. I lovingly create custom ceremonies for all of life's events including those difficult situations in which someone has died in infancy, by suicide or violence as well as for those who die due to age or disease. I have even been known to help my clients write their own obituaries or create their own living funeral (while they're still alive) or pen their Celebration of Life for their family's use after they've passed. Death is a very constant conversation.
I believe that ceremonies can have great meaning and help us define who we are, what we have become and what we have learned. Ceremonies help us connect to our past while gently moving us into a new day, recognizing our passage into a new reality. Always with respect, honor, love. And certainly with joy for a life well lived.
Jim Jackson wrote - "I cannot say enough good and positive things about Rev. Lyn, her method and ability to put you at ease and bring you to tears with her ceremony, prayers and blessing all brought back the sense of spirituality and relationship with God that I had been distant from. It was truly a beautiful experience." ...read more
